Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing attendance from senior-level executives at exclusive events representing leading technology enterprises. You’ll use phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to engage C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting:
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors) through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Secure event attendance by clearly articulating the value proposition of the tech enterprises we represent.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they meet the event’s attendee criteria (e.g., job title, company size, industry relevance).
Relationship Building:
- Develop rapport with prospects to foster trust and increase the likelihood of attendance.
- Confirm and re-confirm attendance to maximize show-up rates.
- Act as an ambassador for leading tech brands, ensuring a professional and credible representation.
Target Achievement:
- Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and registration targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on outreach activities, registrations, and attendance.
Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, activities, and outcomes.
- Identify and flag outdated or inaccurate contact information.
Must-Have Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience specifically in delegate acquisition for B2B events.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding registration and attendance targets.
- Experience representing technology enterprises at events or in a sales capacity.
- Familiarity with engaging senior decision-makers in EMEA markets.
Skills & Competencies:
Communication:
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to confidently engage C-level and senior executives.
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication.
Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable using sales and outreach platforms.
Attributes:
- Results-driven and resilient, with a hunter mentality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Working Hours:
- EMEA Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT/BST).
- Flexibility may be required based on event schedules
