Event Manager Role – Elevating B2B Tech Event Experiences
As an Event Manager at MyOutreach, you will orchestrate impactful in-person and virtual events that bring together our clients and their audiences. You will oversee the full event lifecycle, from concept through execution, delivering seamless, brand-aligned experiences that engage B2B tech professionals. This is a field based role, ideally suited for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with an eye for service excellence and innovation in event delivery.
Key Responsibilities – B2B Event Planning and Project Management
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events for SaaS and technology clients, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop event concepts, agendas, and run-of-show, ensuring alignment with business goals and client brand standards.
- Source and liaise with venues, vendors, caterers, and third-party suppliers, negotiating costs and managing contracts.
- Facilitate pre-event marketing, attendee management, and onsite support, collaborating with internal and client teams.
- Supervise event set-up, live delivery, and breakdown to guarantee smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor event performance, gather post-event feedback, and report on ROI and key success metrics.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, troubleshooting issues to maintain first-class event standards.
- Document processes and contribute to the continual improvement of MyOutreach’s event management best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications – Event Manager, B2B Tech Events
- Event Coordination: Proven experience in professional event planning, project management, or conference production.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and English written/verbal skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong time management, logistical planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Problem Solving: Calm under pressure, able to quickly resolve challenges, ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital event tools, registration/CRM platforms, and virtual event technology.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused team environment, open to feedback and continual learning.
- Experience (Preferred): Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or agency-side event management is an advantage.
